Qualified associates must have a minimum of ten (10) year’s marketing and sales management experience in an attraction/hospitality setting. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, advertising, business or related field is required. Demonstrated ability of fiscal control and accountability of flexible spend based on fluctuating economic conditions. Demonstrated leadership with a proven track record of building, mentoring and motivating a world-class marketing team. Strong oral and written communication skills. Negotiation skills with proven effectiveness in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Commitment to the highest level of guest service as well as having a “hands on” style.

Must have leadership qualities, College Degree (BS/BA) required, 3-5 yrs experience in hotel sales or related job. Detail oriented. Strong guide planning skills, Computer literate, Delphi a PLUS, excellent phone skills, professional and enthusiastic presence.

To provide security for the Queen Mary and surrounding property, 2 years experience. Must have or be able to obtain Guard Card.
